The intervention led to meaningful improvements beyond weight loss. The patient reduced 10 kg during the program, but more importantly, experienced a significant hormonal reset. Prior to the intervention, she reported frequent heart palpitations, irregular menstrual cycles, severe anxiety, and hot flashes.
Post-intervention, palpitations resolved completely, her menstrual cycle stabilized, and symptoms of anxiety and hot flashes were reversed.
This case highlights that with a structured nutritional approach and aligned lifestyle changes, early menopausal symptoms can be effectively reversed—without extreme exercise or restrictive methods.
