Terms & Condtitions – iCure Diet Clinic

By enrolling in any program at iCure Diet Clinic or using the iCure Diet Clinic App, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Professional Services

Dr. Krishna Vaidya and her team provide clinical nutrition, diet, and lifestyle modification counseling.
All diet plans are personalized and designed based on the health data provided by the client.
We do not prescribe medications, shakes, or pills; our focus is strictly on kitchen-based, real food nutrition.

2. Strict Payment & Refund Policy

No Refunds: Once a program fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the patient’s level of participation or the results achieved.
No Pro-rata Refunds: Fees will not be refunded proportionally if a client decides to discontinue the program before the scheduled end date.

3. No Exchange or Transfer Policy

Non-Transferable: Clinic memberships and program enrollments are linked to a specific individual’s medical profile and cannot be transferred to another family member, friend, or third party.
No Service Exchange: Paid fees for a “Diet and Lifestyle Modification” program cannot be exchanged for other clinic services such as “Inch Loss Therapy” or slimming machine treatments, and vice-versa.

4. Program Pausing & Validity

Program Validity: Every program (e.g., 12-week transformation) has a specific expiration date from the date of enrollment.
Pause Policy: Programs may only be paused for medical emergencies with a valid doctor’s certificate, and any such extension is at the sole discretion of the iCure management.

5. Client Responsibility

Medical Disclosure: Clients must provide accurate health data, including blood reports (HbA1c, TSH, CRP) and history of surgeries (e.g., Hysterectomy, Knee surgery).
Compliance: Success in disease reversal (PCOD, Diabetes, Thyroid) depends on the client’s adherence to the personalized plan and regular follow-ups with your diet counsellors.

6. Intellectual Property

All recipes, workout videos, and educational materials provided through the app or consultations remain the intellectual property of iCure Diet Clinic and may not be shared or redistributed.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, regardless of the client’s location in London, Toronto or elsewhere.

2. Clinical Results and Individual Variation

Success Stories: Testimonials and “Before & After” results shared by patients represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for every client.
Weight Loss & Reversal: While our scientific protocols have successfully helped patients manage PCOD, Diabetes, and Thyroid issues, results can vary based on individual metabolism, adherence to the plan, and underlying health conditions.

3. Medical Clearance

We strongly recommend that you consult with your primary healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Have a history of chronic illness such as heart disease, kidney issues, or uncontrolled hypertension.
Are taking prescription medications for metabolic disorders.

4. No Emergency Services

iCure Diet Clinic does not provide emergency medical services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reliance on any information provided by the iCure team, iCure employees, or others appearing on the website at the invitation of iCure is solely at your own risk. To protect your clinic’s operations across your Vadodara, London, and Toronto branches, it is essential to have a firm Terms and Conditions policy that outlines your service delivery and strictly non-negotiable financial terms.
